Law describing the rise and fall of a liquid within a thin capillary tube.

Formula

h = 2A.cos(θ)  / r.g.ρ where h is the liquid height in m, A the surfac tension in N.m-1, θ the angle in degree, r the radius of the tube in m, g the gravity acceleration and ρ the mass density of the liquid in kg.m-3
