Surface tension
Force appearing at the separation surface of two immiscible liquids or a liquid and a gas, and which makes that the two parts of these fluids tend to separate from each other because of the cohesion that exists between neighbouring molecules.
Formula
dFs=γdA where γ the surface tension in N/m is the variation of dFs the free surface energy in newton (N) by area unit dA in metre.
